Sarah Williams, substantively a primary school Deputy Principal, is currently an Engagement Lead Advisor for the NSW Department of Education Selective Education Program equity team. Sarah works with a focus on high potential and gifted students from low socio-educational advantage backgrounds. Her extensive experience and training as a public educator for almost 30 years includes leadership in High Potential and Gifted Education Policy and practice at classroom, school, network, and state levels. Recognised by a Metropolitan South Principals Network Award in 2020, as a School Executive who leads in professional learning, her leadership in curriculum and assessment drives evidence-based practice, differentiation, instructional leadership, school planning and professional learning in and beyond her school settings.
